Mindy Rosas planned an unforgettable wedding, dinner, and dance for us. She has relationships with vendors in the Tulum area to create a seamless, beautiful celebration. Most of the details came together in the final few weeks before our trip and when we met Mindy in person, we knew we had trusted the right person with our special event. She also coordinated a couple of other activities in the days leading up to our wedding (private shuttles to/from the Cancun airport, welcome reception around the Zanzibar pool, babysitters and games for the kids, and a happy hour at Mi Amor for the adults) and was present throughout the wedding weekend to answer questions and support our guests. Many of our guests commented that the dinner, served family-style, was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding and the experience of dancing barefoot on the sand under the stars was incredibly fun (thank you to our DJ, Martin!).
